7-Plex
This is a two story 7-plex in Cedar City, Utah. It has a stucco finish with drywall interior. In addition to the blocks being used for the outside load-bearing walls, the blocks were also used as the separation walls between each unit. They not only provided sound insulation but also met the fire code requirements. Click on the picture to the left for more photos.
E-Z blocks are not just for small buildings. Our block has proven itself in many different kinds of projects. Here is a manufacturing plant in Cedar City, Utah. Its exterior was finished using Elastomeric paint. Click on the picture to the left for more photos.

Decorative Wall
Our blocks have been used in countless decorative and retaining walls. They are especially useful in creating any kind of curved wall. For many types of decorative walls our blocks do not require a footing, increasing savings for the builder. Click on the picture to the left for more photos.
The complex nature of this basement presented a challenge to the contractor, until he found E-Z blocks. Our blocks can be cut to any angle using a simple hand saw. Bitumen or tar rolls on easily on the exterior. For this basement, the builder plastered the interior creating a nice finish. Click on the picture to the left for more photos.
