The 7-Plex

This is a two story 7-plex in Cedar City, Utah. It has a stucco finish with drywall interior. In addition to the blocks being used for the outside load-bearing walls, the blocks were also used as the separation walls between each unit. They not only provided sound insulation but also met the fire code requirements.
