To help accomplish this we have decided not to saddle our licensees or prospective business partners a large fee. Costs are negotiable, depending upon the relationship you wish to establish with us.

2. Six months of block production royalty free- Again, to make your start as easy as possible we will waive the first six months royalties on our blocks. After six months, each block has a royalty fee of $.10. This leaves more than enough net profit for a successful business.

3. Small start-up costs- Our production methods are truly revolutionary. For less than 1/20th the cost of a standard ICF production plant, you can buy all the equipment, supplies, and facilities needed to begin production.

4. Easy to upscale/downscale- Our production plants are simple to upscale to meet increased demand, or to downscale to weather any temporary slowdown in the market.

5. High net profit per block- Our production plant is successful at less than five hundred blocks per day. A licensee has the flexibility to offer discounts or promotionals to break into any market, while still making a profit.
